Mr. Evans focuses his practice on employment litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, disability accommodation claims, and related workplace disputes arising under California employment laws.
As part of the firm’s litigation team, Mr. Evans works closely with employees navigating complex and often highly personal workplace conflicts. His practice includes all phases of litigation, including case development, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation preparation, and trial support.
