Jessica Galindo is the Chief Operating Officer of Employees First Labor Law, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, strategic growth initiatives, case management systems, and organizational infrastructure. As a key member of the firm’s executive leadership team, Ms. Galindo plays a central role in driving operational efficiency, team development, and client service across the firm’s employment law, workers’ compensation, and litigation departments.
Known for her exceptional organizational leadership, high standards, and solutions-oriented approach, Ms. Galindo has helped build and scale the operational systems that support Employees First Labor Law’s rapid growth throughout California. She works closely with attorneys, litigation teams, intake staff, and firm leadership to ensure cases move efficiently, clients receive responsive communication, and the firm maintains a culture of accountability and excellence.
Ms. Galindo has extensive experience managing legal operations, workflow systems, calendaring procedures, litigation support processes, staffing coordination, and performance management. She is highly regarded within the firm for her leadership under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to implement systems that improve both productivity and client outcomes.
