Lisa Noveck represents employees in complex workplace disputes throughout California. Ms. Noveck focuses her practice on employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, leave law violations, wage and hour disputes, and whistleblower retaliation.
Known for her strategic litigation approach and strong client advocacy, Ms. Noveck has successfully handled a broad range of employment matters arising under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Labor Code, the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and related state and federal employment statutes. She regularly represents employees in matters involving pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, hostile work environment claims, retaliation for protected activity, and complex wage and hour violations.
Ms. Noveck is also counsel in the published California appellate decision De Leon v. Pinnacle Property Management Services, LLC, a significant employment law opinion addressing important workplace rights and employer obligations under California law. Her involvement in published appellate authority reflects both her litigation experience and her commitment to advancing employee protections through impactful advocacy.
Ms. Noveck earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California before attending Loyola Law School, where she graduated with honors near the top of her class. Her academic achievements reflect the same discipline, preparation, and attention to detail that she brings to her litigation practice today.
