Employment Litigation Associate
EFLL is seeking a motivated Employment Litigation Associate with experience handling employment disputes, workplace investigations, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, along with a commitment to client-focused representation.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
ERISA & Employee Benefits Attorney
We are seeking an attorney with experience in ERISA litigation and employee benefits disputes. This role involves handling fiduciary duty claims, retirement plan disputes, and employee benefit matters in federal proceedings.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Experience with ERISA and federal litigation
- Strong case management abilities
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
Litigation Paralegal
Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, from case preparation and discovery to trial. Manage case files, draft legal documents, coordinate deadlines, and communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures
- Experience with discovery, pleadings, and case management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Workers' Compensation Case Manager
Manage workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution while keeping clients informed and cases moving forward. Coordinate medical records, claims documentation, appointments, and communication with attorneys, clients, and insurance representatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in workers' compensation or personal injury preferred
- Strong understanding of California workers' compensation processes
- Excellent client communication and follow-up skills• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple active cases
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
Legal Assistant
We are seeking an attorney with experience in legal matters and settlements. Join our legal team and gain hands-on experience supporting attorneys with documents, scheduling, client communication, case files, and daily legal operations. “No prior legal experience required”
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- No prior legal experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
