Employment Litigation Associate
EFLL is seeking a motivated Employment Litigation Associate with experience handling employment disputes, workplace investigations, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, along with a commitment to client-focused representation.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
ERISA & Employee Benefits Attorney
We are seeking an attorney with experience in ERISA litigation and employee benefits disputes. This role involves handling fiduciary duty claims, retirement plan disputes, and employee benefit matters in federal proceedings.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Experience with ERISA and federal litigation
- Strong case management abilities
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
Legal Assistant
We are seeking an attorney with experience in legal matters and settlements. The ideal candidate will possess strong intellectual capability, writing, and advocacy skills, along with a commitment to client-focused representation.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2–5 years of experience preferred
